Kelly is a South Carolina native, Kelly completed her college studies at Clemson University prior to completing an education in broadcast journalism from University of Miami. Kelly's goal was to be employed by TV stations since she was a child. Her TV-related jobs were appealing and exciting. As soon as she finished her studies, she began working with ACC Digital Network.
